Our process is to collect the patient information, send out our intake forms, receive a script from the doctor, verify insurance benefits, and then schedule.

At the initial evaluation, comprehensive testing will be done to assess any deficits and develop a plan of care. Then, we will get your scheduled for treatment.

Do I need a script from my doctor?

Yes, we do require a script/referral from your doctor or your child’s pediatrician to start services. This is a requirement for most insurances. It can be faxed to 573-609-8155.

What insurances do you accept?

We are in-network with Missouri Healthnet Medicaid, Healthy Blue, Home State Health, Medicare, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, and United Health Care.

Do I need an appointment?

Yes, we are open by appointment only.
